hi, i also have the same problem as you, and i hate them, i usually cover them up with concealer but it has to be very dark as the marks are dark.How do i get rid of beauty spots?
have surgery or cover them up with foundation, then cover-up on top. but make sure it's the same skin tone so that it doesn't look to orange in the sunlight.
idk maybe use cover up?
