Anyone please at least guess I need to have at least an idea.Does anyone know who the 1988 Miss Northern Mrianas beauty pageant contestant?
I looked up 'Miss Northern Mrianas' and couldn't find anything for it...I did, however, find the 'Miss Northern Marianas Universe';. Is that what you meant? The 1988 winner was Ruby Jean Hamilton. The competition has been going on since 1976, so she was the 12th winner. Hope this helped...xo
