I would say, start with an apperenticeship with a celebrity beauty speacialist. Meanwhile start making plans on the capital in hand, expenditure required, type of professionals you want to hire, choosing the area well as you will need candidates who wish to enroll and pay you well. If you do this ground work then gradually you will feel more confident and may own a college soon.How do i open a beauty college of my own?
