waterproof liquid liner underneath your makeup if you want it to look natural. Put it on top if you want it to look fake.
You can use body jewelry to ad a little glitz, buy using it as a fake piercing :)
Besides brown eyebrow pencil you can get the stick on jewels that look like diamond piercing and glue it to your face for that pierced look.
