Is there any good beauty products used to treat acne and blemishes that don't contain salicylic acid?

If so has anyone tried any; what were the results? Is there any good beauty products used to treat acne and blemishes that don't contain salicylic acid?
I used just plain tea tree oil... What it does is sinks into you pores and pushes out any bacteria. My zits heal in only 24 hours. The tea tree makes new skin as well so it can be used on plently of troublesome spots such as feet and hands.. You can buy it anywhere natural foods are sold such as all those hippy stores. Just dont use it close to your eyes...Is there any good beauty products used to treat acne and blemishes that don't contain salicylic acid?
There are so many products on the market and so many great things available through a dermatologist or even your general practioner....don't wait and experiment while you let delicate skin scar. You may need an antibiotic (or birth control pill to control hormones for adult onset acne), which can only be prescribed by your doctor and is therefore usually covered if you have insurance.

I've seen so many people suffer from ';product poisoning';. Trying this, that and the other thing is not the way to solve a painful and embarrassing problem. If you dont' have insurance and don't have a great dermatologist, I recommend that you find a Kiehls' store (an old fashioned dermatology and skin/hair care company now owned by Estee Lauder) and ask for a consult. They are very generous with their samples and you can try some to see if one works for you without going the antibiotic route.

Don't underestimate how much damage you can do to your self esteem and your delicate skin while you ';wait'; for magic potions to take effect - you may need a pill available only through a doctor. Take action - good skin requires real effort and try to eliminate all ';germy'; things that touch your skin. Clean your cell phone and desk/home phone, keep your hands from your face, make sure you use a fresh washcloth every day, remember sunscreen (sunburn can enlarge pores and aggrevate sensitive skin.) Good luck - and wear your SPF!
clinique i think has something and of course proactiv
