What kind of person would want to judge under-age beauty pageants? Is something wrong with people like that?

I am totally against those pageants, was shocked when saw on the TV what the kids go through all pushed by their parents. It does not look right for a child to be dressed like that, all fake tan %26amp; make up %26amp; false eyelashes doing what they do..I think a paedophile would want to judge those contests. I think they should be banned as not right or fair on the children at all..let them be kids not mini-adults..I hate to say it but it just makes those poor innocent children take on a cheap look...my heart goes out to the kids %26amp; the tv show I saw the kids were not happy doing it but the mums were pushy....not right at all :)What kind of person would want to judge under-age beauty pageants? Is something wrong with people like that?
There is of course kudos in being the judge of anything. Many of them will have related businesses churning out products that these kids and their families can use. Or as someone else has said they are the organisers and are sitting smugly counting the money rushing in.

The parents are the ones who need their emotional balance quotient evaluating. Do they think their behaviour is normal I wonder? Or has the rest of the world got it wrong? What kind of person would want to judge under-age beauty pageants? Is something wrong with people like that?
Probably former winners who have grown older, and once I think on TV they picked a random buisness guy off of the streets or something like that.

Or the owner of the beauty pageant is usually the judge, or host, because they are making a trip to the bank after it's over. (:
There's something wrong with under age beauty pageants full stop. I mean, what parent in their right mind wants their 4yr old to wear makeup and dress like an adult. Don't they realise they're creating paedo heaven?
What kind of parent would want to put their child through a beauty pageant in the first place? Way to teach them how to value themselves, eh?
Yes, people who like to salivate over under-aged, sexed up kids.
The same kind of people who put their kids in them. Morons
