take out the camera that you should've found during normal gameplay then it should automatically be in camera mode..use r1 to take the pictures. you can find them in the photo album in the main menu

Just run around for a while until the rest of the screen turns white then you pull out the camera and they will do special poses.How do I get a picture of the Raging Beauty while she is posing in Metal Gear Solid 4?
