Can the beauty of a philosopher's mind be made carnate in the deeds of a city?

Understanding the city's deeds prior to philosophy (or a particular philosopher's influence) = Machiavelli. Modern rationalism made beautiful? Ancient rationalism irretrievable? Can the beauty of a philosopher's mind be made carnate in the deeds of a city?
Hi Vonhiggins,

This beauty, can be likened to that of the : ';Northern Lights';, ... Let us see what the : Thinker (Philosopher) .. had in mind when he made, this statement ;)

If a philosopher can convince others that there is indeed a black cat in that cave, than some good should come of it. The question then is will the ignorance prevent? or the philosophers logic prove a fallacy?
