My natural hair color is dirty dish water blonde and 4 1/2 months ago I put a non permanent dark brown hair color in it that never washed out and I want to lighten it up to a medium blonde color.
I'm also 10 weeks pregnant if that matters at all.
How much cheaper would a beauty school be and are they just as good as an expensive salon?Will a beauty school be able to get my hair to lighten up?
beauty schools will probably charge you ten to twenty dollars to color your hair, but i recomend going after you give birth because of all the fumes. it might harm your baby, so you shouldn't take that risk.
