What are your best homemade beauty thing e,g, makeup, facemasks?

Ive tried mixing all these lotions and bath gels to make a mask. Not sure If it worked but it smelt fab. Any samples/freebies of any beauty things would be great too. Full recipes would be great, or just basic ideas. Have any of you made your own eyeshadow...foundation...lipstick? etc..I'd love to know how!What are your best homemade beauty thing e,g, makeup, facemasks?
my mom tells me natural bee's honey on your face is great for acne and just making your skin's face have a better appearance all together.

for a nice face scrub i use 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 1/4 cup of milk and scrub my face with it and it unclogs your pores and leaves you face really smooth. plus it tastes good ! :)
My beauty thing that I do is I steam my face (open pores) I fill a mixing bowl with hot water and add a few scented oils then let the steam cleanse my face





It feels great!
Dry Brittle Hair Treatment


1/2 c Mayonnaise


Shampoo, few drops


Luke warm water


For conditioning dry, brittle hair. Mix mayo with shampoo add enough lukewarm water to mix. Apply to hair after a


regular shampoo. Leave on 10 mins and then shampoo out.











Hot Oil Hair Treatment








Number Of Applications : 1


Preparation/Application Time : 0:25


2 Tablespoons olive oil


1 Tablespoon honey


-Combine oil and honey in small plastic sandwich bag.


-Fill a coffee cup with water and heat until almost boiling.


-Dip sandwich bag in water just until oil is warmed.


-Apply warm oil to dry hair, working from scalp to tips.


-Cover your head with a shower cap and leave for 15 minutes.


-Wash hair as usual.


NOTES : While hair is conditioning, hop in the shower or bath. The warmer the oil stays, the better it works!








Revitalizing Avocado Hair Treatment





Number Of Applications : 1


Preparation/Application Time : 0:25


1 medium avocado -- peeled and pitted


2 Tablespoons honey


-Mash together both ingredients in small bowl.


-Massage into hair.


-Leave in for 20-30 minutes.


-Wash hair as usual.


NOTES : Brings tired-looking hair back to life.





Egg %26amp; Honey Facial:





This easy mask is suitable for all skin types. It clarifies and moisturizes the skin, leaving it cleansed and silken.


Egg yolks contain anti-oxidants, which are very beneficial to our skin.


Ingredients:


1 egg yolk


1 tsp. honey


1 tsp. vitamin E oil


1 tsp. almond oil


Directions:


Mix all ingredients together, stirring until smooth. To use, apply to face and rinse with warm water after 15


minutes.











As far as masks go, it can't get simpler than this鈥t leaves your skin tightened and feeling very refreshed.


Ingredients:


1 egg white


Directions:


Separate the egg white from the yolk. Put the egg white on your face and relax for about 15 minutes. Wash off


with lukewarm water.








Honey Lip Balm


Number Of Applications : 100


Preparation Time : 0:15


2 Tablespoons olive oil


1/2 teaspoon honey


3/4 teaspoon beeswax -- grated


1/2 teaspoon cocoa butter


flavored oil of your choice -- to taste


1 vitamin E capsule


-In a small saucepan, melt oil, honey, wax and butter over low heat.


-Remove from heat and allow to cool for 2 to 3 minutes.


-Stir in flavoring and contents of vitamin E capsule.


-Pour into container(s) of your choice.











Minty Fresh Massage Oil


Ingredients:


10 teaspoons Grapeseed oil


3 drops of Eucalpytus


4 drops Rosemary


2 drops Peppermint


Directions:


Blend ingredients well, warm up oil before doing any massage including your fingertips. Oriental
